Sans Photos

Our camera has taken a crapper and we'll have limited photos to post until it gets fixed.

On a more entertaining note here is a little story I read in the paper today that makes me laugh and think to myself - where the heck am i living...Oh yeah Australia!  A man his wife and daughter we're sleeping in their bed when suddenly a Kangaroo jumped through their bedroom window and was jumping on them in their bed panicking.  The husband fought the Kangaroo off the bed and chased it out of the room.  The Roo went down the hall into the family's sons room.  The father wrestled the kangaroo into a headlock and dragged it out the door.  When asked what inspired his amazing contest with the Roo the man replied, " At first I thought it was a LUNATIC NINJA..."  That's going to be my new catchphrase - stop being such a lunatic ninja!

Nancy and Joe were here this weekend and we had a great time.  Of course I got sick on Tuesday and had to miss out on Saturdays beach walk from Bondi to Coogee.  It was nice to have family from home for a visit and especially since Nancy brought me a bag of Mission tortilla chips and same fresh salsa from Trader Joe's.  On Sunday Nancy, Melis, and I went up to the Hunter Valley and checked out a couple wineries.  It was a good thing we left Sydney since it was pouring the entire time we were gone.

Melissa's cooking right now and it smells delicious!  She's quite the chef and really makes some great dinners.  I got a temporary job at our friends warehouse and it's awesome to earn a couple bucks and feel like I have a purpose again!  I think The Great Depression is probably in reference to the mental condition of the country not in reference to the economy.  It's crazy how depressed you can get when you don't have work and are really trying to.  Alright, well dinner's ready so I'm out of here like a lunatic ninja.
