Sydney Date

Here are some pics from Melissa and my date to downtown Sydney.  We went to brunch at a cool little restaurant down the street from our house.  We then missed the bus twice!!!  And had to wait for a cool 40 min.  Once on the bus it's just a quick ride into the city which is really cool for us or for any visitors when they decide to come.  I've never lived this close to large city and it's pretty neat to just be able to hop on a bus and be in downtown.  There's so much to do, see, and explore that the prospects are very thrilling.

We were walking around the park when a cloud bank started rolling in.  We started heading to the Opera House and passed a couple taking wedding pictures with the house in the background.  Pretty spectacular location to have your wedding pics!  I still think Napa rules though - thanks Joe and Nancy!  On the path that runs along the water it started to sprinkle.  To get out of the rain we decided to hang out underneath the Opera House at the Opera Bar.  It was a cool set up with a live band playing.  Once the clouds blew over the sun blazed out in full glory.  It got really hot and you wouldn't have thought that it was the same day as a few minutes earlier.  After some more walking around and being awesome American tourists Melissa took me to my surprise bday present.  It's a dinner and a movie principle, but the seats are huge leather type recliners and every two seats have a shared table.  You order your food and drinks and then they waiters bring them out to you as the movie goes on.  Pretty sweet.  Especially since I love going to movies.  Melissa has promised that she'll go see any movie I want as long as we go see it in the Gold Class theater!

Is it gay if two dudes share a movie at the Gold Class theater? Because that sounds awesome!
