Lead up to Christmas

It's not quite the 12 days of Christmas yet! Oh well, it's still exciting. It was a busy last couple of days racing up and down the coast and having Christmas parties and stuff. Melissa just left for a couple of days to do a site visit up the coast. Now I'm on the couch by myself just hanging out.

We wonder what everyone is getting up to as Christmas approaches. We have our tree up and have put lights up in the house as well. We've got our Christmas decorations out and our stockings are hanging across our sliding glass doors!

I almost forgot that we got something else. Melissa bought this automatic air freshener dispenser. It scares the crap out of me all the time. I'll be sitting here and then all of a sudden there's this ridiculous noise and I never remember that we have this dispenser so I'm always freaking out. It's pretty funny how much of an air freshener fanatic Melissa is. I'm always finding some new smelly contraption around the house. It reminds me of my friend Ryan, who used to always have air fresheners all over our house and room. Hopefully, the pattern isn't a result of me being in all these locations!

I've got to take the clown car in as it hasn't been able to support all the clowns that have packed into it and is making a horrific noise at the moment. Melissa has been driving with it for about a week or so, and you can hear her coming 10 miles away. I've just bought a Christmas present for myself with Melissa's blessing, so I am very very excited for my new surfboard to arrive from the shaper!
